The ATI TV Wonder USB edition is a compact external TV tuner device that connects your computer to a video source through a standard coaxial TV cable or an S-video jack.

Approximately the size of a large mobile telephone, the device enables you to play video from a standard VCR or camcorder, or to watch television through your computer on your monitor.

You can also use the ATI TV Wonder USB edition and accompanying software like a VCR to record live TV signals on your hard drive in .avi format, or to capture still images in a variety of file formats.
