The Argus DC3300 digital camera is a 3-in-1 device. It combines a digital still camera with a digital voice recorder and a digital video recorder.

The device is approximately the size of a basic mobile phone and has a small color LCD display on the back of the camera. Focusing the 1.3-megapixel camera is achieved by manually turning a small wheel that rotates the lens from a 150 mm macro-focus setting for taking pictures up close, to an infinity-focus setting that brings all visible objects into focus as long as they are farther than one metre away.

The camera saves its images in JPEG format in 640x480 pixels and 1280x1024 pixels in two modes: high-quality (no data compression) and reduced quality (compressed data). It records audio files in the WAV format and video files in AVI format at a size of 320x240 pixels.
