Note to Product Manufacturers

If you wish to ship a product to us for testing and review, please contact our Reviews Editor at <> before sending us your product.

Our Reviews Editor is responsible for selecting and approving all review requests and will reply to you by e-mail. If the Reviews Editor decides to accept your product for review, you will receive the appropriate shipping address and other information in that e-mail message.

For software products that have an Internet/network interactive component (collaboration software, multiplayer games, etc.) we require at least two copies in order to evaluate its Internet/network elements.

We do NOT review products that fall within the following restriction criteria:

General

products that do not meet US or Canadian federal safety standards
products that are illegal to make, own, or use in the U.S. or Canada

Software

Crippleware: products whose functionality is disabled in any manner
Demo/trialware: products that expire after a set time period
Alpha/beta/pre-release: product versions other than a final release
Nagware: products that excessively remind the user to register
products that are Windows PC or Apple INCOMPATIBLE

Hardware & Electronics

Pre-production: products whose final specifications are undetermined
hardware that is Windows PC or Apple INCOMPATIBLE (if applicable)

All costs, including but not limited to shipping expenses, insurance, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. are the full repsonsibility of the sender.
